Even though they were short staffed today Ace and Irma are keeping Happy Tuesday Happy. The food is fresh and the customer service was excellent after tonight they deserve a raise or a paid vacation. Keep up the good work!

The mild chicken here is way too salty versus other Popeye's restaurants. I think they need to modify their recipe somehow because it does not taste the same.

Don't even bother with this location. Seriously. If there are two things they are consistent with, it is slow service and being out of food. I don't go very often, but when I do, they are always out of something I order and I have to wait for it to cook. And I'm not ordering anything unusual, unless they consider their main item (chicken) to be unusual. The wait can be 10-15 minutes on a slow day just to get the food. Another patron in line and I even joked one time about how you have to plan ahead when going there because they are always out of something. Ordered something one other time, including an apple pie, and without shock, I had to wait for it to cook. After about 20 minutes, I ask what was going on since others who ordered after me were getting their food before me. The girl literally answered "oh I forgot about you." She hands me my food, sans apple pie. I ask for my apple pie and the answer was "we don't have anymore" and she began to walk away. Note the problem: I already paid for the apple pie they weren't going to give me and clearly she had no intention of giving my money back. I called out to her for a refund, she huffed and got a manager, who also acted as though I was being a nuisance for requesting a refund for food they weren't giving me. Finally frustrated enough, I contacted Popeyes through their site giving an explanation of everything that happened. I never heard back. This location is the closest to me, but it is not worth the hassle.

Don't you hate it, when people who take your order make you feel like you're bothering them? She gave us our total after every item we ordered, never asked if we wanted something else like some biscuits! I guess some people only order a bucket of chicken but we like the mash and gravy too! We were expedited so fast that we left without the sides and dipping sauces we wanted! But the good thing is that no amount of bad attitude could make Popeyes chicken taste bad!
